WHO WE ARE
We help remodeling contractors, home builders, business owners, and homeowners see their building projects completed with all their personal choices in finishes, from countertops to tile, trim, flooring, even the real views out their windows, before they build it.
We make detailed architectural drawings that any project will need for getting building permits, passing inspections, creating materials list, guiding subcontractor's work, and defining project specifications. But unlike other ordinary flat 2D B&W plans, our plans come alive in 3D color, light and shadow, and personal selections so people can truly understand what their expensive investment is going to look like, before they build it.

We hired Bruce Freeman to create a new vision for the kitchen of our recently purchased 1960's home. Our project was complicated by potential structural issues with moving weight-bearing walls and a stairwell. We really enjoyed working with Bruce on our new home design. We showed him some plans of several homes that we liked and wanted them incorporated in our new home. We went back and forth a few times with some changes and he quickly incorporated the ideas we had and he came up with a few of his own. The work he did for us was amazingly fast and accurate. He gave us dates when items would be ready and made those dates happen. The software he used was really nice and we definetly got to see the outside and the inside of out new home before we built it. Bruce helped me with a large addition plan to our home that was built in 2017 that includes a large garage, an extra bedroom for our expanding family, I had worked with another architect for over 2 years but was frustrated with the communication and process. We have yet to begin the project and plan to work with Bruce some more on some alterations as we have had time to reimagine our spaces to suit our family's needs better.
